Part Size Limits
Any part that will fit within a 12' x 8' x 4' window can be machined in a single set-up. Modular machining will be used for larger parts.
Complex, high precision, small parts (<1") are no issue.
Using modular machining techniques, parts as large as a 40' Boat Hull are possible. We are cost competitive with the large scale routers (100' variety) as our setups are pre-staged to be loaded by a forklift resulting in almost no downtime/setup time in the mill. Our machined modules are large enough that post machining assembly times are also held to a minimum.
Materials
Renboard, Aluminum, Wood, Plywood, Glass filled Nylon, ABS, PC, etc....We are not a traditional tool shop and do not typically machine a lot of steel - and we like it this way!
